For any damaged items due to shipping, please contact us at [email protected], and we will work with you to replace your item and/or file a claim with USPS.

Shipping policy

 

Standard processing takes 1 – 3 business days as we sometimes make candles to order. Processing time does not account for the package transit times once it leaves our location. Once your order leaves our AL location, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Please let us know if you would like your order expedited and we will try our best to accommodate! This request can be made by sending us an email at [email protected].

We cannot refund for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address. If you receive a notification your package was delivered but hasn’t yet shown up, please wait a couple of days before emailing us at [email protected]. Once your order has left our location, we are unable to redirect or contact mail services on your behalf. You must directly contact the carrier with tracking information given to you via email.

Currently, all orders (excluding special or bulk orders) are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is fulfilled. By default, our packages do not require a signature. If you would like your order to require a signature for delivery, please include your request in the “Notes” section of the checkout page.

We do offer pricing for corporate or special events as well as label customization. For more information, email us at [email protected]
All orders are shipped via USPS. If you need an expedited order, please email [email protected] prior to placing your order. Expedited orders can take up to 2 days to process for shipment. Customer pays all shipping fees.

Esscents currently does not offer international shipping!
All regular orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Prices are subject to local taxes and shipping fees (if applicable).

Currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, nor to US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

We are not responsible for the misuse of products and improper product storage by the customer.
